What's "Up Chuck"?

Sorry this is sorta late, but I hope all you American readers of mine are having a wonderful and filling Thanksgiving Day! I had intended to post more this week, including my "nearly" famous Thanksgiving Dressing recipe, but life got in the way and time got away from me. Fortunately we're not traveling anywhere this holiday, so I've been busy cooking, baking and roasting. Family should be here soon, and we'll all sit down to our festive feast.
