What's "Up Chuck"?

I missed last week so I thought I would come back this week with a Half-Nekkid Thursday pic to rival any I’ve posted before. I wasn’t sure if I should post one of my nut sack or this ever so cute one I took tonight of my son and our dog Trooper in the tub.
