What's "Up Chuck"?

In my attempt to be voted "Dad of the Year" I went on the web earlier and found three of the scary Japanese chick pics, printed them out and taped them in various places for my daughter to find them. One I taped to her dresser mirror, another I taped up in her walk in closet and this one here I taped up in the shower. I was sure to pull the shower curtain across so it would be the last little surprise she finds tonight when she takes her shower!! Ain't I a great Daddy??
